In cooperation with the Office of the Attorney-General Federation and other law enforcement agencies, enforcement of the Act may take any one or more of these forms. They are:
- Denial of authorization
- Suspension of authorization
- Withdrawal of authorization
- Arrest and litigation
- Confiscation or seizure
- Fines
